Submission Preparation Checklist 

Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to authors. 
The text should be submitted in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word or RTF. 
Illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text appropriately; alternatively, they may be sent separately with their proper place in the text clearly marked (the rights must be with the author).
